There is a demo server available so why not offer a demo mode using that?
I think that would be nice for people who's just trying the app but doesn't use Immich yet and want to see how it works, at least on the client side.

Btw you dont need to wait for this to be imolemented to test the app. Immich project provides a demo server that should work fine with this project
