After logging in i can't see the image previews. When clicking on an image the image shows just fine in high quality

Can you enable crash logs in the settings and attempt again? This should send the error message to me so I can understand what is happening

I have now enabled crash logs, hope it helps. I have this issue on both my 3a XL and FP5, maybe the issue is with me and my immich server setup with nginx. Let me know if you find anything

Share your server version
See if you can spot any thumbnails in /home/phablet/.cache/picpocket.brennoflavio/picpocket/thumbnail. If there are webp files there, see if you can open them as images
In your server, open an image, copy its id in the url (its a uuid, like 26068fb3-de8b-4551-9ab9-3c463cfee2b2) and open the following url: <your server url>/api/assets/{image_id}/thumbnail?size=thumbnail and see if the thumbnail opens

Weird you did not get any logs, i did enable the crash logs.

Server version is currently 2.6.1, but has been the same on earlier version and i plan to update to 2.6.3 today
i can see 2 webp files but those are from my memories that show up at the top (i.e. 2024pictures)
when using the url to get a thumbnail it does open on my browser, i didn't try on the morph browser just on my desktop

I finally was able to update my own server to 2.6.3 and could not reproduce the issue. At first I tough that Immich might have changed their API, but that's not the case. @VoidedKN0X can you install the logviewer app from openstore and export the log from Picpocket and paste it here? So I can analyze more in depth what is happening in your case

After using the logviewer app i can see the following: "file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/pickpocket.brennoflavio/260515042925/qml/lib/Gallery.qml cannot open file" and also the same about the webp file inside the cache folder... so it seems to be related to the OS itself i suppose? this log has been taken from a fresh install
