After logging in i can't see the image previews. When clicking on an image the image shows just fine in high quality
Can you enable crash logs in the settings and attempt again? This should send the error message to me so I can understand what is happening
I have now enabled crash logs, hope it helps. I have this issue on both my 3a XL and FP5, maybe the issue is with me and my immich server setup with nginx. Let me know if you find anything
Hey, I did not get any logs. Can you help me debug this further?
/home/phablet/.cache/picpocket.brennoflavio/picpocket/thumbnail. If there are webp files there, see if you can open them as images<your server url>/api/assets/{image_id}/thumbnail?size=thumbnailand see if the thumbnail opensThanks!
Weird you did not get any logs, i did enable the crash logs.
Hope this helps!
I finally was able to update my own server to 2.6.3 and could not reproduce the issue. At first I tough that Immich might have changed their API, but that's not the case. @VoidedKN0X can you install the logviewer app from openstore and export the log from Picpocket and paste it here? So I can analyze more in depth what is happening in your case
Hey sorry for being a ghost, had some issues in life and with my device. I'll check it ASAP and let you know
No worries. There is a few updates since our last conversation, please update the app before running any test
After using the logviewer app i can see the following: "file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/pickpocket.brennoflavio/260515042925/qml/lib/Gallery.qml cannot open file" and also the same about the webp file inside the cache folder... so it seems to be related to the OS itself i suppose? this log has been taken from a fresh install
